Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Full Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide in-home health evaluations across a defined coverage area. You will travel, perform medical history reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests as needed, using an iPad-based workflow.
This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits. You must hold an active NP or PA license with board certification, and be able to obtain multi-state licenses.
