Job description
Aspire Rural Health System in Deckerville seeks a Nurse Manager (RN) to lead clinical and operational activities across ED, Medical-Surgical, swing beds, and OR, ensuring safe, high-quality care.
The role partners with physicians and staff, directs patient care services, and coordinates strategies to improve outcomes and satisfaction; willing to travel to all Aspire locations as needed.
Candidates should hold a BSN, with master's preferred, and have at least 3 years in healthcare administration.
