Job description
Join our dynamic and thriving dental practice as a Traveling Oral Surgery Dental Assistant! At Great Expressions Dental Centers, we're seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team and positively impact our patients' oral health. This position travels between our Casacde, Douglasville, & Midtown offices
Responsibilities:
Assist our experienced dental team in providing exceptional patient care
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure a clean and organized environment
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care
Support dentists during procedures, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth workflow
Perform basic dental procedures under the guidance of a licensed dentist
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records accurately
Qualifications: 3-5 years of previous dental assisting experience
2-3 years of experience with Oral Surgery
MUST TRAVEL
Requirements:
Before applying, it is imperative that you meet the state requirements outlined below. Georgia: CPR Certification, Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) certification perferred, and proof of formal training to expose X-rays.
