Job description
Peace and Harmony Homecare LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide professional home care services, collaborating with physicians and care teams to implement effective therapy plans. You will educate patients and families and perform comprehensive assessments in patients’ homes.
The role requires a CAPTE-accredited PT program graduate with an active US license and at least one year of PT experience, plus CPR certification and background checks.
