Job description
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful impact in healthcare, especially in underserved communities, through travel staffing opportunities.
Responsibilities Include
Utilizing the nursing process - assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation - to deliver individualized patient care.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Providing care across all phases, including preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
Coordinating care, conducting patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to licensure requirements and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications And Skills
Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.
Ability to work in locations at least 60 miles from residence.
Required department-specific competencies and certifications.
Additional Details
Offers competitive weekly pay, including stipends, and eligibility for benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Contracts are 14 weeks with options to extend or transfer to other sites.
Functions within the standards and ethics outlined by professional nursing bodies.
