Job description
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful impact in healthcare, especially in underserved communities through travel staffing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Include
Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized patient care.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to coordinate and evaluate patient care plans.
Providing care across all phases—from preventative care and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
Performing patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions within the scope of practice.
Adhering to professional standards, including the Nurse Practice Act and ethical guidelines from the American Nurses Association.
Qualifications And Skills
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; bachelor's degree preferred.
Current, unencumbered RN license with the state or multistate licensure if applicable.
At least one year of nursing experience, including six months of travel experience.
Ability to live at least 60 miles from the facility location.
Obtain and maintain relevant competencies and certifications.
Additional Information
Offers weekly pay, including stipends, with eligibility for benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
Contract duration is 14 weeks with options to extend or transfer to other sites.
Requires compliance with drug screening and background checks prior to employment.
