Job description
Chloeta is seeking a Traveling Registered Nurse Case Manager in Taos, NM to evaluate and implement comprehensive healthcare plans for individual patients and coordinate with families and providers. A minimum twelve-month commitment is preferred, with options for additional consecutive twelve-month terms based on client needs.
The role requires a current, unrestricted RN license, a BSN, at least one year of clinical nursing experience, and current BLS.
