Job description
Compassus is seeking a Traveling Registered Nurse to provide expert home health and hospice patient care across multiple locations. You will travel on assignments typically 8–13 weeks, delivering routine and emergency assessments while upholding Compassus values and care standards.
The role involves patient education, care coordination, and collaboration with the IDT to meet clinical and psycho-social needs. An RN license is required, with travel across various programs as needed.
