Job description
Parallel Management Group seeks an Area Sales & Marketing Director to lead sales and marketing across multiple senior living and home health communities. You will travel between locations, stabilize markets, and coach site teams to drive census, occupancy, and revenue growth with minimal ramp-up time.
You will build referral networks with hospitals, SNFs, and physicians, manage move-ins, and standardize processes across communities.
