The company is known for its in-house capabilities, strong client relationships, and repeat business within the federal market. Your new role
This is not your typical Superintendent role. You’ll take your construction experience on the road, managing secure projects across the United States and internationally, with current locations including Japan, London, Bahrain, Alabama, Texas, and more.

Plans can change quickly, and you must be comfortable packing your bags and heading wherever the next project needs you, sometimes at short notice.
You’ll oversee federal projects like SCIFs ranging from $500K–$5M, managing day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, scheduling, safety, and quality. The ideal Superintendent also brings a hands-on mentality and isn't afraid to put on a tool belt when needed.
Superintendent MUST be based here in the DMV (DC-Metro region), with the flexibility to travel nationwide and internationally.
