Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
A nationally recognized general contractor is seeking a Superintendent to oversee commercial projects up to $15M, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while managing subcontractors, schedules, and client relationships across multiple states. The role offers $105K-$115K base salary, project bonuses, per diem, travel home, truck allowance, and a full benefits package.

Description
Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through close-out
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies
Maintain detailed daily reports, schedules, and progress updates
Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and inspectors
Ensure all work meets project specifications and quality expectations

Profile
Experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects up to $15M
Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and teams across multiple states
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety requirements, and construction best practices
Ability to travel extensively and work in various locations for project durations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Job Offer
Up to $1,500 biweekly per diem (state dependent)
Biweekly paid travel home
