This is a hands-on travel position for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, troubleshooting problems, and being part of a dependable field service crew.This role includes traveling for commercial cleaning, maintenance, and specialty service projects. Candidates must be comfortable traveling for extended periods, and working in physically demanding environments.Pay: $17/HrWe Will Train!ResponsibilitiesPerform commercial pressure washing and exterior cleaning servicesComplete commercial kitchen hood cleaning and maintenance servicesAssist with parking lot line striping and specialty field projectsOperate pressure washers, striping machines, vacuums, and related equipmentTroubleshoot basic mechanical and equipment issues in the fieldLoad, transport, set up, and break down equipment at job sitesComplete service reports and job documentation using mobile devicesFollow company safety procedures and DOT guidelines at all timesWork outdoors in varying weather conditions and environmentsTravel nationwide for projects lasting multiple weeks at a timeRequirementsMust be at least 21 years oldValid Driver's License with a clean driving recordMust have a REAL ID and be comfortable traveling for work assignmentsWillingness to travel for extended periods and stay overnight as neededAbility to lift 50–70 lbs and perform physical labor dailyMechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issuesPrior field service, pressure washing, construction, maintenance, or labor experience is a plusComfortable working outdoors, on ladders, and around commercial equipmentReliable, punctual, and safety focusedMust pass background check and motor vehicle record checkMust be able to work 6-12 overnights per month, including weekends.Compensation & PerksCompetitive hourly payTravel opportunities nationwidePer diem provided while travelingBonus opportunities availableCompany-provided equipment and trainingBenefits Available After 90 DaysMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance
