Treasurer
Salary: $160,000-$180,000 base + 15% incentive bonus + profit sharing.

Key Responsibilities for the Treasurer:
Lead balance sheet management, liquidity planning, investment strategy, and interest rate risk oversight.
Own the bank's ALM platform, key pricing assumptions, and ALCO-related financial strategy.
Direct budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial planning activities across the organization.
Provide executive-level financial analysis and recommendations on profitability, capital deployment, pricing, and growth initiatives.
Lead and develop finance team members while partnering with the CFO, accounting leadership, auditors, and regulators.
Qualifications for the Treasurer:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; advanced degree preferred.
Banking treasury management experience required. Corporate treasury experience alone is not sufficient.
Experience with asset/liability management (ALM) and banking profitability strategies.
CPA, CFA, CMA, or CTP designation preferred.
