n nPosition Summary:
nThe Treasury Accountant/Senior Treasury Accountant is an integral part of the Treasury Team and reports directly to the Director of Treasury Management. Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, reconciling, and researching activities related to: accounts receivable, customer financial statement reviews, daily/monthly analysis of line of credit availability/forecasting, and month end balance sheet reporting including DSO (Dental Service Organization).

n nDo These Responsibilities Interest YOU?
nnnPerform financial statement review and analysis of customers to assist the Customer Finance Support team
n
nnPrepare Accounts Receivable balance reports
n
nnAnalyze monthly merchant services spend and interchange fees; identifying trends and recommending strategy for attaining the lowest fee data levels
n
nnPerform month end reconciliations and reporting for both the Treasury Operations and Customer Finance Support teams
n
nnResponsible for monthly customer statement errors
n
nnBalance sheet budgeting (AR/DSO)
n
nnAnalyze and trend DSO (Dental Service Organization) and AR reports; allowing deeper dive on AR past dues, trends, etc.
n
nnReconcile AR accounts
n
nnResearch and implement, when necessary, AI/Machine Learning tools for efficiency
n
nnEffectively process credit cards and completion of daily credit card and cash receipts transaction reports
n
nnAssists leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and modeling on treasury related special projects
n
nnCoordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) on ERP changes
n
nnGenerate credit card decline and expiration letters
n
nnComplies with all policies and standards to support the efficient operations of the department and company
n
nnPerforms other duties as assigned
n
n nAt the Senior Level
nnnAssist in mentoring new team members and less tenured staff
n
nnPrepare and report on quarterly contribution margin
n
nnResearch and recommend interest hedging strategies
n
nnPrepare month end financial slide deck for finance team and Board of Directors
n
nnContinuously monitor fixed coverage charge ration (FCCR) on monthly, trailing 12 months, and report quarterly to banking partner
n
nnCreate budget for FCCR, tracking monthly through updated P&L forecasting
n
nnPrepare bank borrowing base reporting and submit to banking partner
n
n nDo YOU Meet These Requirements?
nnnBachelor's Degree in Accounting of Finance, Required
n
nnTreasury Accountant: 1-3 years finance experience, Required
n
nnSenior Treasury Accountant: 4-6 years finance experience, Required
n
nnCertified Treasury Professional (CTP) - APF, Preferred
n
nnTechnical Skills: SQL, Qlik, Claude, Preferred
n
nnAbility to work 2 days per week onsite in Pittston, PA
n
nnEffectively communicates in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking), Required
n
