Responsibilities
Assist with cash forecasting, funding and foreign exchange projections
Ensure the liquidity and risk management of foreign exchange currencies
Prepare cash management reports, including actual and forecasts
Prepare C suite presentations
Manage company travel and card accounts, online banking, banking requirements and closing or opening accounts as needed
Ensure vendors are onboarded in compliance with company guidelines
Provide documentation and support to internal and external auditors as needed
Ensure continual review of processes and controls, implementing new approaches when identified.
Provide support to the Corporate accounting team when necessary
Participate in occasional special projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of cash forecasting, liquidity management, funding and currency projections.
Advance PowerPoint and Excel skills
Data analytics and data management experience
Experience with reporting tools.
Strong communication, time management and collaboration skills
