Job description
Korn Ferry has been exclusively retained to lead the search for a Treasury Manager on behalf of a globally backed mobility and transportation platform undergoing significant transformation and growth across the U.S.
Operating within a complex, multi-location environment and supported by a major international parent organization, the company is investing heavily in people, processes, systems, and infrastructure as it scales toward its next phase of growth.
Their leadership is seeking a high-impact treasury professional who can strengthen liquidity management, modernize treasury processes, and bring a more strategic approach to funding and capital management across the organization.
The Treasury Manager will take ownership of the U.S. treasury function, reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with executive leadership, banking partners, lenders, and cross-functional finance teams. This is a highly visible role with responsibility spanning cash and liquidity forecasting, banking and lender relationships, debt and covenant management, fleet financing, treasury operations, and financial risk management.
The successful candidate will be comfortable managing the day-to-day requirements of a complex treasury function while also helping leadership make informed decisions around liquidity, capital structure, and funding strategy. This is an opportunity to build structure, strengthen processes, and elevate the treasury function within a growing organization.
Key Areas of Impact:
Own daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and working capital management across the U.S. organization
Rebuild and enhance the company’s cash flow forecasting process, improving accuracy, visibility, and decision usefulness
Ensure adequate liquidity to support ongoing operations, strategic initiatives, and significant asset purchases
Serve as a key relationship manager for banks, lenders, and other external financial partners
Support financing strategy, including credit facilities, lender negotiations, covenant management, and funding alternatives
Partner with executive leadership on asset and fleet financing strategies, including analysis of financing costs, advance rates, and capital requirements
Build scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate funding alternatives and support strategic financial decisions
Oversee debt schedules, financing obligations, treasury systems, payment processes, and bank account administration
Strengthen treasury controls, policies, fraud prevention practices, and banking security protocols
Bring key lender and covenant reporting activities in-house while improving the quality and efficiency of treasury reporting
Partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, Operations, and other functional leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Lead and develop a lean treasury team while establishing scalable processes and infrastructure for future growth
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; CTP, CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred
5–8+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, cash management, or related experience
Demonstrated ownership of cash positioning, liquidity management, and cash flow forecasting
Strong financial modeling capabilities, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
Experience managing bank, lender, or other external financial relationships, including credit facilities, covenant compliance, and negotiations
Exposure to asset-backed securitization, revolving credit facilities, structured financing, or other asset and fleet financing structures strongly preferred
Experience operating within multi-location, asset-intensive, or operationally complex organizations
Background within mobility, transportation, fleet-intensive, travel, hospitality, logistics, or other asset-heavy industries preferred
Experience improving treasury processes, controls, reporting, or systems within a growing or evolving organization
