Job description
StevenDouglas partners with a Florida-based financial services organization to recruit a Director of Treasury Strategy & Capital Management. This role owns liquidity, cash forecasting, debt compliance, and capital planning, reporting to the VP of Treasury and presenting to the board.
You will build rolling cash forecasts across entities, manage covenant reporting and lender relationships, evaluate financing options, and lead a direct report in a high-visibility, strategic function.
