Location: Los Gatos, CA | Schedule: Full-time, on-site
Overview
A multi-site outpatient therapy provider is seeking a Treating Center Manager to lead daily operations at one of its clinics while maintaining a full patient caseload. This role blends hands-on clinical care with center leadership, combining treatment responsibilities with staff supervision, regulatory oversight, and local growth initiatives.
What you'll do
Supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, including performance reviews and employee relations
Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency
Evaluate and treat patients, ensuring high-quality care and thorough documentation
Ensure adherence to State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols
Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering
Drive growth through local marketing efforts to referral sources
Required qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program
Current state licensure
CPR certification
Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving skills
Basic proficiency in Windows-based systems
Ability to stand/walk for shifts, use safe body mechanics to transfer patients, and lift up to 50 pounds
