Travel Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator (Tcc)
Bright Now! Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking an experienced Travel Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator (TCC) to join our growing team! We are looking for a motivated, patient-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with patients while supporting multiple orthodontic teams.
We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates for this travel-based opportunity.

Mon-Fri
Responsibilities
Present and explain orthodontic treatment plans and financial options
Build strong relationships with patients and help guide them through treatment acceptance
Coordinate scheduling and patient follow-up
Support multiple orthodontic offices/providers as needed
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive patient experience
Collaborate closely with doctors and office teams to help drive practice success
Qualifications
Prior orthodontic/TCC experience required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a multi-location travel role
Organized, adaptable, and team-oriented
Ability to educate patients confidently on treatment and financing options
Compensation
$25-$26/hour
