Looking for a meaningful job where you can make a difference and stay busy? Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring a full-time Treatment Support Technician at our inpatient facility in Mount Pleasant, PA! Were offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus!

Youll be a key part of the treatment team—helping maintain a safe, respectful, recovery focused environment while residents rest, reset, and heal. No two days are the same, and youll never just be "watching the clock."
What Youll Be Doing
* Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities
* Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs
* Acting as a go between for clients and clinical staff
* Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation
* Assisting during crises (with training and supervision)
* Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed
* Supporting recovery focused routines with empathy and professionalism
Youll receive frequent supervision, guidance, and training, so youre never on your own.
Requirements
What You Need
* High school diploma or GED
* Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight
* Valid drivers license plus a clean driving record
* Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2- Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
* If youre in recovery yourself, we welcome your lived experience (18+ months in recovery required).
