Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring a part-time Treatment Support Technician at our inpatient facility, Abe's Place, in Center Township, PA.If you like to thrive in a structured environment, and want work that matters, this role delivers! You'll be a key part of the treatment team—helping maintain a safe, respectful, recovery focused environment while residents rest, reset, and heal.What You'll Be DoingSupporting clients through overnight programming and activitiesMonitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needsActing as a go between for clients and clinical staffHelping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentationAssisting during crises (with training and supervision)Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when neededSupporting recovery focused routines with empathy and professionalismYou'll receive frequent supervision, guidance, and training, so you're never on your own.RequirementsWhat You NeedHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnightValid driver's license plus a clean driving recordWillingness to complete required PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.If you're in recovery yourself, we welcome your lived experience (18+ months in recovery required).The Work EnvironmentSubstance Use Disorder Treatment Center (SUD)Supportive, team based cultureMinimal physical demandsMentally engaging, purpose driven workMandatory training and in services providedGRC is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
