Job description
ICOP is seeking a Director of Business Development to establish and scale a new trenchless construction division across North America. You will identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth in trenchless technologies, reporting to the US executive team with close coordination with Europe.
The role requires a hunter mindset, exceptional negotiation and leadership skills, and a track record of launching new markets.
