Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials to and from job sites while ensuring safety and compliance with all regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on various construction projects.

Responsibilities
Operate a dump truck to transport materials such as soil, gravel, and asphalt to designated locations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with site managers and crew members to coordinate material delivery schedules.
Assist in loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper handling techniques are used.
Maintain accurate records of material deliveries and vehicle maintenance logs.
Maintain cleanliness of truck
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while on job sites to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record is required.
Proven experience in dump truck operation
Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including backhoe and grader operation.
Ability to dig, build, and perform basic maintenance on equipment as needed.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site environments.
Commitment to safety practices and procedures in all aspects of work.
