Job description
Hartford Healthcare, a leading not-for-profit Connecticut healthcare system, is seeking a compassionate Triage Registered Nurse to help patients access the right care. You will assess symptoms by phone and other approved channels, provide evidence-based guidance, identify urgent concerns, and coordinate appropriate follow-up or escalation. You’ll document interactions, collaborate with providers, and uphold safe, patient-centered care. A current Connecticut RN license, nursing degree, and strong clinical assessment and communication skills are required. Experience in triage, telephone nursing, or ambulatory care is preferred.
