Job description
Jefferson Healthcare is seeking an experienced Triage Clinic Nurse to join our Primary Care and triage teams. This role floats between the Primary Care and triage team and focuses on remote clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management services.
You will perform phone-based triage, provide care guidance, coordinate referrals, and respond to questions about conditions, medications, and tests. Schedule is per diem 16 hours/week with a Day Shift ), Monday-Friday.
