Job description
The Virginia State Bar is seeking an experienced trial attorney to join the Office of Bar Counsel. Responsibilities include reviewing misconduct complaints, analyzing investigative reports, and presenting recommendations. You will try cases before district committees, the Disciplinary Board, and circuit courts while developing CLE programs and handling special assignments.
