Job description
The Private Counsel Division of the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS) invites applications for Trial Attorney positions in Hampden County. Successful candidates will represent indigent adults in District and Superior Courts throughout Hampden County, beginning with misdemeanor and felony matters and potentially handling more complex proceedings as they gain experience.
Training is provided through a comprehensive, skills-based program, with ongoing continuing legal education.
