Overview
This is a full-time remote role for a Trial Attorney _ (Business Litigation & Employment Law)
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, including drafting and arguing motions, court appearances, and case management
In-depth knowledge of copyright and intellectual property law, employment and labor law, and general business law and litigation
Experience handling Motions and participation in hearings in State and Federal Courts
Proficiency in conducting Trials and managing Depositions
Strong legal research and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Member of the California State Bar
Experience in business litigation is a plus
