Job description
Trim Carpenter PositionAs a Trim Carpenter at The Restoration Station, you will be responsible for:Disassembling and restoring existing cabinetsCarefully disassemble existing cabinetry for restoration purposes.Assess and repair any damages to ensure the restoration process meets high-quality standards.Fabricating new cabinetry and millworkUtilize trim carpentry skills to fabricate new cabinetry and millwork pieces.Interpret blueprints and design specifications to create custom pieces tailored to client needs.Installation of cabinetryExecute precise and efficient installations of new and restored cabinetry.Ensure proper fit, finish, and functionality according to project requirements.Collaboration with the teamWork closely with other craftsmen and team members to achieve project goals.Communicate effectively to ensure a smooth workflow throughout the production process.To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:Proven experience as a Trim Carpenter in cabinetry and restoration work.Proficiency in the disassembly, restoration, fabrication, and installation of cabinetry and millwork.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.Work schedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayDay shift
