Job description
The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles is seeking an Assistant General Counsel in Miami Beach to serve as a Troop Legal Advisor and provide legal advice and training to Florida Highway Patrol members.
The ideal candidate will have criminal litigation experience and an active membership with The Florida Bar. Responsibilities include prosecuting traffic hearings and monitoring claims litigation.
