Job description
Dobbs Truck Group in Marysville, WA is looking for a General Manager (GM) responsible for the overall performance, growth, and profitability of the dealership. The GM will oversee all departments, including Parts, Service, and Truck Sales to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years in leadership roles within the heavy-duty truck or automotive sectors, demonstrating successful P&L management and a commitment to developing team capabilities.
Competitive salary of up to $140,000 annually plus an incentive compensation plan is offered.
