Solo OTR Company Drivers:
Earn $2,000/week on average!
Up to $0.71/CPM base payIncluding monthly performance bonuses
2,500+ miles/week average
Bonuses: Accessorial and protection pay
$35/extra stop
$25/hour after 2 hours in detention payUp to $200
$200/day in layover and breakdown pay
$125/day for orientation
$50 additional pay for working key holidays
Pet policy1 pet per driver
Team OTR Company Drivers:
Take home $5,000/week on average per team
$0.45/CPM per driver base pay$0.90/CPM per truck
Up to $0.97/CPM per driverwith bonuses
5,500 miles/week per truck guaranteed minimum
Bonuses: +$0.05/CPM per driver in safety bonuses
+$0.01/CPM per driver in fuel efficiency bonuses
+$0.01/CPM per year for seniority

Requirements
Must possess a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL A)
At least 12 months of verifiable over-the-road (OTR) tractor-trailer experience
Have a co-driver with less experience? As long as one driver has at least 12 months of Class A experience, your team qualifies to run!
