We are committed to promoting from within and helping our employees grow their careers in the security industry.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Truck Gate Security Guard, you will play a critical role in securing the facility, controlling vehicle access, and ensuring the safety of personnel, visitors, and company assets.Duties Include:Monitor and control truck and vehicle access at facility entry and exit pointsVerify driver credentials, shipping documentation, and delivery informationInspect incoming and outgoing vehicles in accordance with site proceduresMaintain accurate gate logs and vehicle activity recordsMonitor surveillance cameras and security systemsConduct routine patrols of the facility and surrounding areasEnforce site security policies and regulationsReport suspicious activity, security incidents, and safety concernsCommunicate effectively with drivers, visitors, warehouse personnel, and managementComplete detailed incident and daily activity reportsMaintain a professional and customer-service-oriented presence at all timesQualificationsRequired:Valid Texas Driver's LicenseClean driving recordClean criminal backgroundAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screeningActive Texas Security Guard LicenseStrong verbal and written communication skillsReliable transportation and dependable attendanceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred:Previous truck gate security experienceWarehouse or distribution center experienceExperience verifying shipping paperwork and bills of ladingFamiliarity with access control systems and security technologyIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics or warehouse environment.
