Truck Shop Labor- Kilgore, Texas
WasteConnections | $18/hr.|Full-Time + OT + Benefits
JoinWasteConnections as a Truck Shop Labor and keep our fleet running strong! We're hiring entry level shop laborer to help with repairs on garbage trucks-covering everything fromhydraulicsand electrical to engine systems. This is a hands-on, outdoor role for someone who takes pride in their work and valuessafety.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, occasional Saturdays.

Minimum responsibilities are:
Assist mechanics with basic tasks and general shop duties
Performheavy lifting, moving equipment, and helping position vehicles or parts
Run for parts, tools, and materials from suppliers or storage areas
Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
Dispose of trash, used parts, and shop materials properly
Help load/unload parts and supplies
Follow safety procedures and instructions from lead technicians
Support any additional tasks needed to keep the shop running smoothly
Pressure washes dumpsters, trucks, and trash carts
Repair dumpsters and trash carts
What we need from you:
Valid Driver's License Class C
Clean driving record
Ability to lift at least 50lbs repeatedly.
Ability to work outside inall weather conditions.
