This role follows dispatcher-directed workflows, focuses on assigned technician responsibilities, maintains accurate repair documentation, and upholds safety compliance standards. Customer interaction is limited, with opportunities for continued development through training and mentoring.
Responsibilities
Repair and service dry van and refrigerated trailers.
Complete accurate repair documentation.
Follow dispatcher-directed workflows and specialized technician assignments.
Maintain compliance with shop and workplace safety standards.
Participate in training and mentoring opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in truck trailer repair.
