Job description
Tahoe Forest Health System in Truckee, CA seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for a temporary, part-time primary care role. Coverage includes extended weekday hours and weekends on-site.
The provider will manage routine adult care, chronic disease, and urgent visits, document in the EMR, coordinate referrals, and participate in team meetings to promote community wellness. On-site clinic environment with collaborative care model.
