Now hiring for a Truss Builder

Location: Eaton, OH

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 7 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Duties

Read and interpret building drawings, blueprints, and plans to determine truss specifications

Select, prepare, and handle lumber and other materials for truss assembly

Assemble roof and floor trusses using hand tools and power tools according to specifications

Inspect completed trusses to ensure quality, accuracy, and safety standardsare met

Follow all safety procedures and use the required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Maintain accurate documentation of materials used, trusses built, and production issues

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

2-3 years of experience in carpentry, truss building, construction, or a related manufacturing environment

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Proficiency with hand tools and power tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityworkmanship

Ability to liftupto 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks

Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials

Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious mindset

Ability to stand for the duration of an entire shift and work effectively in a manufacturing environment
