Then we want you!Star Truss is looking for a Truss Manufacturing Laborer to join our team on first shift, 4 days per week, 10 hour shifts starting at 6:00 AM, overtime as needed.The ideal candidate is a reliable team player who is detail oriented and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. We are looking for laborers who are ready to jump into daily truss manufacturing processes including pulling and loading lumber, working with hand and power tools, laying out and adjoining trusses and loading out build floor and roof trusses.RequirementsAbility to accurately perform work based on provided instructionsDemonstrated success working safely and following all PPE/OSHA guidelinesPreparing trusses for shipment in outdoor environment.Reliable transportationCapable of lifting 50 lbs. regularly and 100 lbs. team liftGood attitude, social skills, work ethic and team spiritAbility to pass physical capacity testing, drug testing and E-VerifyPreferred Experience:Forklift operation or certificationExperience using a tape measure, hand tools and power toolsTruss building experiencePhysical & Environmental Requirements:The work environment characteristics here are representative of those a Team Member encounters while performing the essential functions of the job.
