Truss Stacker – Construction Experience PreferredWe are looking for hard-working, dependable Truss Stackers to join our team. This is a physically demanding position that involves handling, stacking, organizing, and moving large and heavy trusses throughout the workday.A leading national provider of building materials, manufactured structural components, and construction solutions serving professional homebuilders, contractors, remodelers, and multifamily construction companies.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Truss Stacker – Construction Experience Preferred Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 18.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:30am to 04:00pm)Stack and organize completed trusses.Move and position trusses and lumber as needed.Assist with loading and unloading materials.Keep trusses properly aligned and organized.Work with the production team to keep materials moving efficiently.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Use hand and power tools as needed.Follow all safety procedures and instructions.Perform other general construction and material-handling duties as assigned.Truss Stacker – Construction Experience Preferred Qualifications:Construction or framing experience preferred.Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials.Comfortable performing repetitive physical work throughout the shift.Able to stand, bend, lift, carry, and work on your feet for extended periods.Dependable and willing to work hard.Able to work well as part of a team.Strong attention to safety.Previous experience working with lumber, trusses, or construction materials is a plus.Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
