TikTok is seeking a Cross-Issue and Product Policy lead in New York to develop a durable policy base for its global Trust & Safety ecosystem. You will translate complex safety, product, and human rights issues into practical policy frameworks and decision logic for downstream teams.
You will collaborate with policy experts and product teams to align policy across launches, emerging harms, AI-generated content, and community guidelines, while communicating principles to external audiences.
