Job description
Ashley / Factory Direct Enterprises is seeking a full‑time retail sales professional. Start at $25/hour or commission while you learn, with a path to $22/hour or commission/bonus as you grow, and an uncapped commission + bonus plan as a Trusted Advisor.
We emphasize building relationships, coaching, and a guest‑focused store culture. You will build pipelines, advise on furniture needs, and advance through Premier and President recognition as you grow with the team.
