The Trustee Sale Officer position is full-time and will report to the Puyallup, Washington office, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pacific.ResponsibilitiesInteracting with clientsProcessing all new foreclosure filesPreparing all documents necessary to conduct a non-judicial foreclosure from inception to terminationCoordinating signing of documents with the appropriate partyInteracting with title companies in ordering title products and coordinating recording of documentsProviding clients with copies of recorded documentsPreparing and coordinating mailings of required notices as required by lawMaintaining both a physical and electronic "file" for each matterMaintaining physical and electronic calendars of open files with target datesReviewing title product, comparing information to what we have been given, and uploading information to softwarePreparing invoices for clientsProviding clients with timeline for the whole foreclosure process and communicating next stepsScheduling and coordinating trustee sales with outside vendorsInteracting with outside vendors to conduct sales; obtain results; prepare surplus mailings when requiredHandling all sale postponementsSearching online for active duty military status to ensure no violations of SCRAReviewing information on bankruptcy court websiteCoordinating and dispersing of third-party funds from public auctionsPreparing reconveyances, reinstatements, and payoff demandsPreparing and sending status reports as requested by clients or on a weekly or monthly basisAnswering phones and general office dutiesPreferred QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeProficiency in basic mathAdditional DetailsThis is an in-person role for the Puyallup, Washington officeHours for this role are 8am-5pm PacificSalary for this role is between $45,000 - $60,000BenefitsCompetitive WagesAnnual Performance-Based BonusesHealth Benefits401K Matching up to 4%PTO, Vacation, and Sick LeaveDisclaimerTotal Lender Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
