Primary Physician Opportunity in Tucson, Arizona
Step into ownership and become the primary physician of an established, turnkey concierge internal medicine practice in Tucson, AZ, built over 36 years of private practice – Personally care for the practice's patients while owning the practice from day one – A third-party partner finances the transition; the incoming physician pays no money upfront and instead pays a percentage of earnings to the partner – Hybrid model combining concierge membership with insurance billing – 443 active concierge members generating approximately $1 million in annual membership revenue – Loyal, long-standing patient base built around personalized, relationship-driven care – 60-day supported transition with the retiring physician – Transition anticipated to be complete by March 2027
Highlights – Approximately 8 patient visits per day, which include about 3 comprehensive physicals – Mature adult patient population – Preventive care, comprehensive wellness planning, and chronic-disease management – Extended, unhurried appointments with same-day or next-day availability and direct physician access – Experienced, long-tenured support staff in place – Attractive, well-established area of Tucson
Qualifications – MD or DO – Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine – 8+ years of experience preferred – Genuine commitment to long-term patient relationships – Entrepreneurial spirit – Bilingual in Spanish a plus
