Job description
COWI seeks a Project Director for Tunnels and Underground Infrastructure to lead the design and delivery of major tunnel projects across California, including heavy civil, rail, and transit infrastructure. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and safety while guiding multidisciplinary teams.
You will leverage your PE license in California and leadership experience to manage client relationships, navigate delivery strategies, and mentor staff within a growing North American practice.
