Job description
Constellation Energy seeks a Turbine Services Manager to lead operations and maintenance for turbine assets across our generation portfolio. In this role, you will manage outage planning, inspections, and overhauls; develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies; and optimize turbine performance through data-driven analysis. You will supervise technicians and contractors, uphold stringent safety and environmental standards, and coordinate with engineering and operations on capital and reliability projects. This position offers the opportunity to drive reliability, improve efficiency, and support Constellation’s mission of delivering sustainable, innovative energy solutions.
