Job Description Job Description A Turbine Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and repairing turbines used in power generation or industrial applications. This role requires hands-on mechanical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to safety regulations to ensure turbines operate efficiently and reliably.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on turbines and related equipment
Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs or part replacements
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Collaborate with engineers and other technicians on equipment upgrades and troubleshooting
Document maintenance activities and generate maintenance reports
Operate tools and diagnostic instruments specific to turbine mechanics
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
