Alliant Energy is seeking a Lead Engineer - Power Generation to serve as the go-to technical expert for turbine assets, lead outage projects, manage contractors, and drive reliability initiatives across generation resources.
You will leverage a deep engineering background and strong project leadership to influence performance, budgets, and safety, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting strategic plans that benefit customers and shareholders.
