Job description
Constellation Energy is seeking a Turbine Services Manager to lead operations, maintenance, and reliability of turbine assets across our energy portfolio. In this role, you will own preventive and predictive maintenance programs, coordinate outages, and manage vendors to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable turbine performance. You will analyze operational data, drive root-cause investigations, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that support sustainability and cost reduction goals. Partnering closely with engineering, operations, and EHS, you’ll help standardize best practices, maintain regulatory compliance, and mentor technicians in a collaborative, innovative culture focused on impactful energy and environmental outcomes.
