Job description
Constellation Energy is seeking a Turbine Services Manager to lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation and maintenance of turbine generation assets. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day turbine services, including outage planning, troubleshooting, contractor management, and performance optimization. You will analyze operating data to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and control costs while ensuring full compliance with safety and environmental standards. Collaborating closely with operations, engineering, and project teams, you’ll guide maintenance strategies, support capital upgrades, and mentor technicians in a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
