After your initial training period, you will work independently (but not be alone) completing your own routes. You can choose from other opportunities to keep you working through the off-season or not work during the off-season. Check out our Google listing and website to see more about what we do and to read our reviews.The JobApplying fertilizer, weed control, and pest control products to lawn and landscape bedsRehabbing lawnsApplying fertilizer and pest control products to ornamental trees and shrubs around customers' homesWe help you to be as productive, safe, and as easy as possible with ride-on equipment, spray rigs with powered hose reels and all PPE providedWorking outside most days, independently, on your own routeProviding outstanding customer serviceMonday through Friday schedule and optional SaturdaysTraining provided throughout the seasonWhat Our Techs EnjoyCompetitive pay: starting at $20-$21 per hour depending on licensing, background, performance and experience. Plus up to $900 bonus per round (roughly every 6 weeks)Options for no layoff in the off-season.
